Whose big idea will stick?

Our innovative Branksome entrepreneurs have been honing their big ideas for “profits with a purpose” as part of the landmark, 38-week Noodle accelerator program, the first of its kind in a Canadian school. Guided by niche experts and mentors, our Noodlers have worked towards this moment, innovating on businesses that offer sustainable solutions to real-world problems.

One enterprising team will walk away with an unprecedented $10,000 grand prize in seed money to make their mark on the entrepreneurial landscape, made possible by alum and donor Mary LESSLIE Hallward'74.

Four teams pitched their innovative, entrepreneurial ventures to our judges, Sarah DAVIES’09 and Lisa Simone RICHARDS’02. The winner of our 2021-22 competition was The Happiness Battery. Read more about the winners here.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
We wish to acknowledge this land on which Branksome operates. For thousands of years, it has been the traditional land of the Wendat, the Seneca, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work and go to school on this land.*

*The Land Acknowledgement may evolve as we honour our commitment to Truth and Reconciliation in partnership with Indigenous communities.

Setting the new standard for girls' education everywhere takes collective action. From all of us.
